And then you think about all the things you’ll have to do. All the changes you’ll have to make. 

You’ll have to workout everyday.

You’ll have to cook every single meal from scratch.

You can’t remember if it is carbs or fats that are the enemy.

You think… is it intermittent fasting that is best for weight loss or is it eating 6 times a day?

No way you can find the time to workout everyday.

No way your husband and kids will go for no carbs.

No way you can sit down to eat 6 times a day.

And you totally love breakfast so how can you wait until noon to eat?

After a while, can you make one more small change? 

Little changes over time add up. And losing weight is all about the little choices made everyday.

You don’t have to do everything all at once. Start where you are and try to be a little bit better every day.
